Daging Masak Merah Ala Thai

 

Bahan-bahan ( 4 orang )

• 1/2 kg daging lembu (direbus sampai empuk)
• 2 ulas bawang putih diketuk
• 1 labu bawang besar dipotong bulat
• 1 sudu besar cili giling
• Sedikit sos tiram
• Sedikit sos ikan (thailand mari)
• Sedikit sos tomato
• Sedikit minyak untuk menumis
• Garam dan gula secukup rasa
• Daun ketumbar/daun sup/daun bawang untuk hiasan (mana2 pun boleh)

Cara-cara

1. Daging yang dah siap direbus tu potong nipis2 ya.
2. Panaskan minyak sikit, goreng daging dulu sampai kuning2 sikit, ketepikan.
3. Tumis bawang putih sampai naik bau, masukkan cili giling.
4. Goreng2 sikit agak2 garing tu bolehlah masukkan sos tiram, sos ikan dan sos tomato.
5. Masukkan daging tadi dan bawang besar yg dihiris kacau2 dan rasa garam dan gula.
6. Kalau nak kuah lebih bubuh air sikit dan tambah sos tomato.
7. Dah masak bolehlah diangkat dan hidangkan. Taburlah daun ketumbar yg dihiris tadi biar lawo sket.

Saturday is weekend for me…I just alone with my 21 inch Vision TV and 7 years year’s old boy..the boy is refer for my luvly acer lappy…^_^ good boy my lappy..i love u so much…u always beside me without many problems…So my first activity today is watching tV!….yuhhaaa…! Main Aur Mrs. Khanna in Tv 3 channel…The simplest, romantic and realistic love story…Have u already watch that movie..? The main actors of the movie is Salman khan and Kareena Kapoor…Salman khan act as Samir khanna…and Kareena kapoor as Raina…Raina is the orphan person who are very loving of Samir khanna…she always waiting for her husband although many people are trying to tackle her…so loyal right..? it is wonderful if we able to do so for our husband kan..hehe his husband has a mission to become a great person and educated in live…so, he left her wife beside…huhu….so sad…:’( one moment in that movie which is looked nice for me is…Mr khanna give her full love for his Raina…why I say that because when he back home, he prepare so many surprise for his raina…in form of house, love and wiliingness for be together forever…beside they willing to tolerate in whatever problems that they are face….it is very good moral value that we must to apply in our daily life.. don’t think that we are in good manner and only our decision is right…we must tolerate in hearing and considering other decision because only them know their own right…next moral value of this movie is in form of friendship relationship….they are having close relationship until the sadness of other friends also being feel by his/ her other friends…like our prophet Muhammad s.a.w said.. “tidak beriman sesorang selagi dia tidak menyayangi sahabatnya yang lain melebihi menyayangi dirinya…”…ahak3…hindis movie is nice if the good moral value is apply on their story…so….thats all today …! see yea..!! ^_^

Ciri ciri suami yang diingini..!! hehe

First at All....Dalam mencari pasangan hidup, kita mestilah nak kan yang terbaik utk kita kan...tapi sejauh mane baik pada kita, cermin pada diri sendiri...kalu sidia lebih baik, alhdmlh...kita kene lah sama sama perbaiki diri...

antara ciri ciri pasangan yang saya inginkan...

1. mestilah dia leh ajar saya dan anak anak sama sama mengaji tiap2 hari dirumah...saya selalu ngaji quran sorang diri, terasa sepi...alangkah seronoknya kalu ada pasangan yang leh sama sama mengaji, bila ada anak2 nnt, leh sama sama didik,,, bahagianya kalu dia mampu lakukan begitu...rindukan saat itu...:D

2. Kedua....inginkan pasangan yang leh imamkan solat...setiap kali solat bersendirian, pahala hanya sikit berbanding jemaah...utk ke surau atau masjid berdekatan, susah bila saya seorang perempuan...tambah2 faktor keselamatan...surau atau masjid dkt umah saya, letakknya tepi kwsn dusun...faktor kurang berani, maka solatlah sy dirumah...kalu ada imam muda, tlgla imamkan solatku....
